I've always had a soft spot for knives, but I've been paying more attention to the high-end stuff lately like custom makers, premium steels, and those limited runs. I'm curious if anyone else here is into that side of the hobby.
Chasing down S110V and Rex 45 was a lot of fun but I quickly discovered I was spending more time fussing over my knives than actually using them. Right now, give me a steel like 20CV or S35VN that works well and won’t break my heart if I have to do a little edge maintenance in the field.
