Tuning gas guns

For anyone out there running cans on gas guns, what mounting setups have you found that help control backpressure and cut down on gas in the face? I'm particularly interested in which brake designs and thread standards worked well with your recoil systems and gas tuning. Any details on your build specs and suppressor models would be really appreciated!

I'm currently running a Sandman-S on my 11.5" AR with a Nox mount and an adjustable gas block. That adjustable gas block is really important. I keep it fairly restricted when I'm using a suppressor. I still get some gas but it's a lot better than the stock version. The H3 buffer definitely helps as well.
