What’s between .22 and .38?

I’ve been looking for a revolver that’s a step up from a .22 for training, but I want to avoid the strong recoil of a .38. Unfortunately, it seems like those options are pretty hard to come by these days.

I landed on a .32 and it surprised me. It is noticeably more than .22 but way easier than .38. Ammo isn’t everywhere but for training it hits a really nice middle ground.

There’s also .327 Federal if you want to creep closer to .38.
